Vendor Waitlist Notice
At The Proper Collective, we’re committed to keeping a healthy mix of makers so that everyone has the best chance to shine and make sales. At this time, we’re placing soap makers, candle makers, and clay jewelry artists on a waitlist. This helps us avoid oversaturation and ensures that customers always find a diverse variety of products when they visit the shop.
If your business falls into one of these categories, we’d still love to hear from you and add you to our waitlist for future openings. For all other types of makers and small businesses, applications remain open.

The Proper Collective offers the following shelf rental options:
Standard Shelf:
Each shelf is 24 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 11 inches tall
$50 per month plus 15% commission, per shelf space.(commission fee covers credit card fees)
Lease Terms:
This agreement requires a three-month minimum commitment and a deposit equal to 1 months rent.
