You make cool stuff. We help you sell it.
The Proper Collective is more than just a shop, it’s a curated community of Tucson’s best makers, creators, artists, and oddball geniuses (in the best way). Whether you're slinging small-batch soaps, hand-tooled leather goods, pottery, candles, or pickled jalapeños with a wild twist, this is your space to shine. Located in the heart of downtown Tucson at the corner of 5th & Congress.

Overcome your obstacles
Identify your starting point
What is step one when creating a business? It’s not as hard as you think.
Bring your ideas to life
Remember those amazing ideas locked up inside your mind? Make them real.
Sell your vision to others
Learn to present yourself and your concepts with confidence.
Expand your business
Break through walls to turn your small working business into an empire.
Here's why you want to be part of this:
🔹 Low Overhead, High Visibility
Get your goods into a brick-and-mortar space without signing your life away on a lease. We offer affordable vendor rates and handle the heavy lifting — literally and figuratively.
🔹 We Handle Sales, You Make Magic
We take care of the register and the receipts. You get to do what you do best — create.
🔹 Prime Location
We’re talking great road traffic, local love, and the kind of foot traffic that comes from being in a high-visibility retail spot — not stuck in some dusty corner.
🔹 Events, Pop-ups, & Parties
We’re more than just shelves. We’ll host markets, meet-the-maker events, and seasonal parties that give your products the spotlight they deserve.
🔹 Built-in Community
You're not vending alone. You'll be surrounded by other creatives, cross-promotions, and a vibe that supports collaboration and growth.

Vendor Waitlist Notice
At The Proper Collective, we’re committed to keeping a healthy mix of makers so that everyone has the best chance to shine and make sales. At this time, we’re placing soap makers, candle makers, and clay jewelry artists on a waitlist. This helps us avoid oversaturation and ensures that customers always find a diverse variety of products when they visit the shop.
If your business falls into one of these categories, we’d still love to hear from you and add you to our waitlist for future openings. For all other types of makers and small businesses, applications remain open.
